Quinel Ltd is an independent, internationally accredited testing laboratory, inspection body and certification body serving the regulated gaming industry. It tests online and land-based gaming products, including random number generators (RNGs), game mathematics, gaming platforms, live-dealer studios and sportsbook systems, as well as information-security and PCI DSS compliance. It is headquartered in Malta, with a laboratory in Italy and an office in the United Kingdom, and its reports are used across more than 30 regulated jurisdictions. It is not a player-facing seal or dispute-resolution programme.
