Belgium · EPISAll channels (online + land-based)A voluntary ban stays in force until the person asks the Gaming Commission to lift it (no automatic expiry); court-ordered and profession-based bans last as long as the underlying ground applies
Denmark · ROFUSAll channels (online + land-based)Temporary: 24 hours, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months; or a final (permanent) exclusion that can only be lifted on request after at least 1 year
Germany · OASISAll channels (online + land-based)Self-exclusion (Selbstsperre): minimum 3 months, open-ended thereafter until the person applies for removal. Third-party exclusion (Fremdsperre): at least 1 year
